Becky is married to Jay. She is the Team/Office Manager and a Sales Consultant with The JAY PATEL Group. Becky holds a doctorate degree in Pharmacy. She worked as a retail pharmacy manager for 15 years before making the switch to real estate. Why did she make such a drastic change? While Jay & Becky's children were growing, they desired flexibility in schedule to raise their daughters while at the same time allowing Becky to put her people skills to work. Being heavily people-focused, Becky always had a knack for connecting with people on a deeper level. She pays close attention to details & is very good at painting a picture in her head of the perfect home our clients seek. Then she goes out there & finds it for them. That's why she has been able to sell homes to several of our buyers, sight unseen! Her ability to show homes through video & picture messages along with her skills to describe a property is phenomenal. Combine that with her ability to connect with clients & build trust makes her a great sales consultant. Her organizational skills, enthusiasm to learn & ability to teach/train have makes her an efficient office manager & instrumental in growing our team. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and brings more than 30 years of customer service and leadership to the Team. He spent his career in servant leadership roles with one goal in mind, to take care of his client. Ronette brings 20 years of sales experience to the team. She has operated several of her own businesses crossing brick and mortar to online sales. Ronette has a keen eye for current trends and connecting her clients with the best match in a home. Chris and Ronette moved from California in 1995 to raise their family in the beautiful state of Arizona. Their 3 children were active in many sports and school activities throughout the last 25 years. Their love for the outdoors has taken them all over the state finding secret gems they love to pass on to fellow adventurers. This has given them the ability to be connected to several communities on a personal level. Robert & Julia Miller are a husband & wife Sales Consultant Team with The JAY PATEL Group. They work efficiently & hard to help our buyer clients find their dream home! Stephanie brings over 13 years of work experience to her position as Client Relations/Marketing Manager for The JAY PATEL Group. Since obtaining her real estate license in 2010, Stephanie has held various roles in and around the real estate industry including positions in residential home sales, mortgage lending, and office management. Stephanie will ensure clients of The Jay Patel Group are kept up to date and informed with communication and follow-up that goes well beyond the close of escrow. Aside from her professional life, Stephanie is happily married to her high school sweetheart of more than 27 years, Darren, and is a mom of two. She enjoys playing poker, card/board games & watching movies with her hubby. Stephanie’s knowledge and positive energy make her a welcome addition to the team.

Terra manages all listings & closings for our Team. She is in constant communication with our clients once we have an escrow opened. As a listing manager, Terra ensures that all steps in The JAY PATEL Group's marketing plan are executed smoothly & professionally by our marketing department. She helps Jay & the team agents coordinate everything from photos, videos, flyers, and whatever is needed to help our sellers get their homes ready to list! Once the property is listed and on the market for sale, she coordinates with our concierge service to ensure that the house is prepared to shine through during showings, increasing the possibility of receiving offers! 
 

As a Transaction Coordinator, Terra will hold your hand & walk you through all the necessary legal steps of the escrow & closing process. She has come across a myriad of scenarios & has tackled through those & learned from the experience. She is prepared to take on whatever comes her way to help & best represent our sellers' & buyers' interest. Jay is always in constant communication with her and they work as a team to ensure all clients are taken great care of. 
 

Terra is a native of Arizona who has obtained a bachelor's degree from ASU. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family including her two boys, hanging out with friends, being outdoors, and traveling. Her past work history includes 5 years of restaurant management and over 14 years experience as a nurse. Terra has over 8 years of real estate experience and brings much knowledge and experience to the team. Terra is very passionate about caring for others and helps them in any way she can. Being very organized, she will make sure the job gets done right the first time!
 

Alex’s background derives from restaurant management and the healthcare business solutions industry where he has been serving healthcare clients for the last 7 years before pursuing real estate. He has spent much of his career in leadership roles with a client-first mindset, striving to deliver the best possible results and outcomes for clients. Alex’s fine-tuned skillset is centered around being detail orientated, highly organized and effectively communicating. He has a knack for noticing the most minute details and will use this to your advantage in finding your dream home or a buyer for your current home. 

 
Alex is a graduate of Arizona State University and University of Phoenix where he holds a bachelor’s degree in communications as well as a master’s degree in business administration. He is based in North Peoria where he grew up and is now a proud husband and parent to two kids and two dogs. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and playing instruments such as guitar and drums.
