After moving into the house we learned the original owner was here for about 50 years and her name is Rose, so we lovingly dubbed this home "The Rose House." Finding glass marbles in the backyard tugs smiles from us and our minds wander to children in the 50's playing here. For us, The Rose House was HOME the day we moved in. Ample off-street parking and the open floor plan that spills into the backyard makes for spectacular entertaining, which we did often. The mulberry tree in the corner of the backyard provides great shade spring through fall and produces delicious berries each March, perfect for making ice cream, pies, smoothies, and this past year we used them frozen to keep our drinks cold and muddled them in adult beverages!
